Set Boundaries And Be Selective With Activities
Set boundaries for yourself that allow you to celebrate the holidays on your own terms. You don't have to go to every event, participate in every tradition, talk about things you don't want to, or eat anything specific. Be selective and choose to participate in the things that resonate most with you and cause you the least stress (& most joy.) This is your holiday season, so celebrate it however you want!
Create Daily Non-Negotiables
The holidays can be a hectic time, which can make it hard to stick to your normal routine(s). I’ve found that having daily non-negotiables helps me stay balanced. Some of my non-negotiables are my skincare, supplement routine, and movement. Enjoying and appreciating these moments every day, helps me keep afloat!
